A former founder of City Technical Services Ltd Samantha brings with her 18 years experience of Customer Service and Administrative capabilities.
Married to Kenny they have both worked together for the last 12 years. Qualified to HND Level in Business Management Samantha excels in her role delivering on time every time.
Her responsibilities include procurement, work planning, credit control, call centre and general administrative work. Her passion and enthusiasm is transferred to all who have the pleasure in working with her. Having worked with large clients such as North Lanarkshire Council, City Facilities Management and E.ON UK, her knowledge and experience is second to none.
Samantha’s expertise in offering an end to end process in all administrative operations has been enjoyed by many clients. Her experience within the Housing Association Market is exceptional and she is well known within this industry.
