Spare parts procurement

CityWarm have excellent relationships with all the major suppliers of gas related materials from spare boiler parts to all good boiler manufacturers. By keeping the overheads low we can procure all your parts cost at a reduced price.

Engineering procurement

With over 75 years experience within the gas industry CityWarm Directors Kenny Henderson and Denis Crammond have access to a number of good quality Gas Service Engineers / Technicians and Installers. We are here to assist you in the procurement of labour for all your gas or plumbing requirements.

SAP surveys

Pending legislation will require landlords to carry out SAP feasibility surveys on their housing stock. CityWarm currently provide this service to a number of clients.
